Fried Rice Recipe
- 3 cup soaked rice
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 200 g marinated chicken
- 1 cup veggies ( cabbage, carrot, capsicum, peas, green onion)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
Marinated chicken: chicken + 1 tablespoon corn flour + ½ teaspoon black pepper + 1 teaspoon soy sauce + salt to taste.
Shallow fry marinated chicken in a pan or grill for 5-6 minutes and transfer to a plate.
Add one tablespoon oil and sauté all veggies for 4-5 minutes on a medium flame and transfer to a plate.
Scrambled eggs transfer to a bowl and add soy sauce.
Now, we combine chicken + veggies + and add spices and sauces to a pan.
Add boiled rice and stir for 1 min.
Cover with a lid for 5 min, then turn off the flame.
