Instructions
Make the Crust
Mix crushed cookies, melted butter, and sugar.
Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
Bake for 8 minutes at 325°F (160°C), then let it cool.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing slowly.
Add sour cream, vanilla, and flour. Mix until combined.
Pour the mixture over the crust.
Bake the Cheesecake
Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45–55 minutes.
The center should be slightly jiggly, not liquid.
Turn off the oven, leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to avoid cracks.
Cool fully at room temperature.
Add the Tres Leches Milk
Mix all three milks in a bowl.
Poke gentle holes into the cheesecake using a wooden skewer.
Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cheesecake so it absorbs evenly.
Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for best texture.
Add Whipped Cream & Serve
Spread whipped cream on top before serving.
Light dusting of cinnamon or fresh strawberries adds a nice finish.
